Domestic and International Professionals Gather at the Press Conference
The Organising Committee released the following key information at the press conference:
1. Halls Nearly Fully Booked, Exhibition Area Hits New Record
Since the start of booth pre-arrangement, PRINT CHINA 2027 has seen booming investment promotion with concentrated well-known brands and comprehensive product coverage, with overall progress outpacing previous editions at the same stage. Leading domestic and international enterprises including Koenig & Bauer AG, HP, Komori, Zenbo, DINGA, Masterwork, NST, Weigang, Bobst, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon, and Fujifilm have all secured prime booths, and the major brand zones have been largely finalised.
Benefiting from the expanded exhibition halls, segmented themed zones, and precise industry tracks, enterprises from the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta core industrial belts have actively registered. Multiple renowned overseas manufacturers are in advanced negotiations for booth occupancy to seize commercial opportunities in the Chinese market. The Organising Committee has optimised booth planning and visitor circulation routes for full-chain coverage, balancing brand display for industry leaders and business acquisition needs for high-quality SMEs. Currently, except for Level 2 of Hall 3, nearly all exhibition halls are fully booked.
2.Revamped Innovation Theme Park Returns
As the landmark feature of PRINT CHINA, the Innovation Themed Park will return with a revamped look on the 2nd floor of Hall 3, iterated and upgraded on the existing basis. Closely aligned with the dual-carbon strategy, it focuses on the green transition of the printing and packaging industry, circular economy, and digital innovation.
The Innovation Theme Park will feature dedicated zones showcasing debut new technologies and new products in artificial intelligence, CHB (Core Electronic Devices, High-end Generic Chips and Basic Software), domestically developed print heads under national key R&D programs, innovation and sustainable development, industry-university-research cooperation, science and technology progress awards, and group standards. It will also include live demonstration areas, themed speech zones, and business negotiation zones. Leading enterprises, research institutes, and industry associations will launch green innovation achievements here, hosting ongoing technical sharing sessions, case studies, and new product roadshows. It serves as a vital platform for showcasing and exchanging industry innovations and drives the green transformation of the printing and packaging industry.

3.Precise Invitation: Brand-New Digital Visitor Group Management Back-end Launched
As one of the world’s leading printing expos in 2027, the Organising Committee of PRINT CHINA 2027 continues to optimise professional visitor services and upgrade its precise visitor invitation system. A brand-new digital group management backend is launched for domestic and overseas industry associations, printing and packaging enterprises, distributors, and end-brand procurement teams. It streamlines the fully online workflow from group application and document review to badge preparation and on-site verification, striving to achieve the target of 200,000+ professional visitors worldwide.
Domestic and overseas group organisers (group leaders) with group registration intentions may create groups through independent sub-accounts on the backend. The system has a built-in exclusive invitation letter generation function, enabling group members to register online for admission via personalized invitation letters. Exclusive invitation codes are also available for member registration. The backend supports real-time queries on the number of registered group members, with data visualisation showing group registration progress. Successfully registered professional groups can enjoy exclusive benefits including VIP buyer badges, VIP rest and negotiation lounges, business matchmaking, and group leader incentives.

The Organising Committee of PRINT CHINA 2027 has significantly upgraded exclusive reception services for group visitors, including industry associations, printing and packaging enterprises, distributors, and university procurement delegations. Premium exclusive VIP lounges are set up on Level 2 of Halls 3–6, creating independent and tranquil business spaces dedicated to group purchasing visitors, distinct from general public rest areas and equipped with comprehensive comfort services.

(1) Exclusive VIP Lounge Access Card

Each member of professional purchasing groups organised by industry associations, printing and packaging enterprises, distributors, and educational institutions receives an exclusive VIP lounge access card, granting free entry to the VIP lounges.
(2) Private Independent Negotiation Spaces

The VIP lounges are equipped with multi-party negotiation booths, small meeting tables, power sockets, and exhibition catalogue racks, allowing group visitors to take breaks, exchange procurement intentions, and hold internal discussions.
(3) Value-added On-site Amenities
Hot and cold coffee, tea, and fresh fruits are served throughout the opening hours in the VIP lounges. Additional services include printing and copying, exhibition guide distribution, and souvenir collection. Dedicated service staff are stationed on-site to answer inquiries about group routes, booths, and events in real time.

(4) One-stop Full-process Group Reception
Independent group service counters will be set up on-site for centralised distribution of VIP badges and small gifts. For overseas purchasing delegations, tailored services such as entry guidance and interpretation assistance will be provided, along with special privileges for domestic and overseas group leaders. Group leaders may also submit team procurement requirement lists in advance; the Organising Committee will pre-match relevant exhibitors of equipment, consumables, and packaging solutions and arrange dedicated matchmaking sessions during the exhibition to improve procurement closing efficiency.
5.High-level Empowerment: Exclusive Exhibitor Business Lounge Created
To upgrade the exhibition service system and create a differentiated high-end service benchmark, PRINT CHINA 2027 has specifically developed an exclusive business lounge, an integrated business support space accessible by invitation only, exclusively dedicated, and high-end and tranquil. It integrates business offices, private negotiations, contract-signing meetings, and relaxation. Distinct from public exhibition areas, it provides high-quality, professional on-site business services for leading exhibitors, directly addressing pain points such as inconvenient on-site office facilities, lack of private negotiation spaces, and insufficient rest amenities for top exhibitors.

PRINT CHINA 2027 is centered on expansion and upgrading, innovation and iteration, precise empowerment, and global connectivity. With brand-new featured zones, cutting-edge technology tracks, high-end industry events, and a comprehensive service system, it builds a more professional, comprehensive, and efficient global business matching platform for the printing and packaging industry. The Organising Committee will continue to refine all preparation work, deepening visitor organisation, promotion, and supporting services across the entire chain, striving to deliver a high-level, high-specification, and high-impact global industrial event.
